TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

We require a non-refundable deposit of half of the total of the services ordered.
Although non-refundable, the deposit will be applied towards your final bill.
There will be no refunds of the deposit or paid balance for weddings canceled 
on Holidays, including Valentine’s Day.

Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, or Travelers
Checks only.

In the event of postponement or cancellation of the wedding, we will retain the
part or all of the paid balance amounts as liquidated damages, unless written 
you receive notification no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date.
Weddings for which full payment has been made and that are canceled due to
an emergency or illness may be refunded all amounts paid except the 
non-refundable deposits(s) upon sufficient and reasonable proof provided.

In the alternative and upon sufficient and reasonable proof of an emergency/illness,
credit may be applied towards a future wedding date.
If your booking is within 30 days or less of your wedding date, the full amount is
due now.

All floral orders are subject to availability and are confirmed 30 days prior to your
wedding date. Any changes or additional floral requested within 30 days of your 
event date cannot be guaranteed, however, we will do everything possible to
accommodate your requests.
Bad weather conditions are something we cannot predict, nor can be held
responsible for. We can only take the necessary precautions and preparedness
for an outdoor function as you deem fit.
